PMO to Manage Post Merger Value Creation Plan

A Private Equity Fund needed a PMO to establish a 180 day plan post the acquisition of a consultancy.

The consultant needed to be based in the Netherlands and have a background in management consultancy, experienced in working with PE funds and able to establish a value creation plan post-integration, managing the multiple streams and projects that would support this.

The fund is a regular user of Talmix Talent Marketplace to source talent for its portfolio companies and support newly acquired businesses, and they came to Talmix for this project with its specific regional and experience requirements.

They were successful in connecting with a Netherlands-based consultant who had worked with an MBB consultancy in the PE practice who had both worked on Due Diligence projects and led two post-merger processes.
