Talmix is delighted to announce that the next phase of its Talent Passport rollout went live today. The Talent Passport is designed to provide a richer insight into talent, giving a more convenient way of showing all the skills and experience including project experience and feedback.
As of now, new talent registering on the network will be prompted to create the first version of their Talent Passport, and existing users will see this instead of their old profile.
We have also launched a new import feature to auto-populate the first set of information from existing resumés, making for an improved user experience.
Talmix continues to develop its unique Talent Passport with dynamic updating, soft skills ranking, and micro-project experience all planned for future releases. This emphasises our importance on building the richest data set for business talent globally, to better inform candidates as to the best opportunities, and to improve the hiring process for businesses, making it faster and more precise.
