Finance Consultant to Lead Integration and Transformation

Experienced finance consultant supports integration and transformation of recently-acquired business.

A PE-backed environmental business consisting of four operating companies, required support to transition the last acquisition of these four from a family business into part of this larger entity. With the challenge of making this transition, particularly in terms of designing new processes, the company wanted to find someone with extensive finance and accounting experience, with a hands-on approach who could both enable the process redesign and accelerate the transition.
