Background & Objectives

UK based Telco with 500 Retail outlets and 4k employees is looking to undertake an end to end review of its current workforce management processes and principles to ensure employee costs and productivity are maximised.

Key deliverables

Review should compare current approach being utilised vs. latest WFM thinking. Review should highlight areas for improvement or to confirm current approach is fit for purpose. Research will be a mix of time spent in our London Head Office and time spent in store reviewing how principles are actually applied. Output will be mix of PowerPoint and Excel data backing up the findings.
