Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are looking to understand the US pet specialty sales channels, in particular traditional pet retail (petco/petsmart), local specialty shops, and online (amazon/chewy.com). Our questions relate to the underlying go to market strategy, penetration of private label vs. branded, direct sourcing from asia, and differences across hard goods and toys

Looking for a brief powerpoint presentation after refining the scope through a call. We would contemplate having a call to review the findings, and have the potential to expand the project depending on the initial work.
