Background & Objectives

We are a global content creator, producer and distributor with a portfolio of international hits and operations in over 30 markets.

We seek a visionary, strategic HR business partner who is equally comfortable 'rolling up sleeves' and supporting operational HR activities and group wide projects

Ideally we are looking for a permanent addition to the team, the candidate could start on a project basis

Key deliverables

Resources and Stakeholder Management:

• Senior Management and all staff across specific Business area of HR team and UK HR team
• External contacts such as Independent Financial Advisors, Recruitment agencies, Legal advisors
• Part of global HR Network


Key Responsibilities:

• To manage all people process for group employees in UK (approx. 75) and all Opco’s in Nordics.
• To lead the implementation of the global HR system (Work Day).
• Provide operational support in the implementation of projects to the Chief HR Officer.
• To provide support and guidance to all key members of the leadership team in UK, Nordics.
• To monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and achievements on the projects within agreed formats and timescales.
• Helps to develop and implement better people management practises.
• Recruitment talent Group UK and Nordics.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

• CIPD qualified
• HR professional with broad experience (7+) in various HR areas of expertise
• Experience within an international change environment is essential and the ability to communicate and implement practical HR solutions in a fast moving environment will be paramount.
• Proven track record in managing projects with the emphasis being on the management and employee development issues.
• He/she will have worked within a number of different environments and achieved a track record of consistent success. Experience from within the media industry is desirable but not essential.
• He/she will be comfortable with being highly operational and “getting stuck in”.
• Excellent communication skills.

Consultant requirements

A full specification is available on request. The successful candidate must be able to prove they can combine visionary thinking with 'hands-on' operational support. Requirements include:
