Our client is a small Talent-management consultancy looking to build a holistic compensation plan that provides its small group of employees (less than 10) incentives linked to the profit and success of the consultancy. The ideal consultant is someone that is a seasoned expert (over 15-20 years) in the field of compensation, incentives, profit-linked plans, stock allocations etc. as well as someone that has a broad-based understanding of small businesses that can tie compensation plans with the overall culture and business goals of the company.
