NB: 30 days will be spread across 4 months.
Up until now, our company has served the customers almost entirely through field sales reps. However, going forward, we want to offer customers different ways of doing business with us. As more and more customers become more informed, they might want to place an order through a webshop or have higher frequency interactions with us through an inside sales center. We therefore aim to set up regional inside sales centers, starting with on serving the EMEA region. The objective is to channel around 10% of our revenue through inside sales instead of through fields sales, i.e. we need to set up an inside sales center, define the roles and responsibilities for inside sales people, as well as for their interactions with other functions (notably field sales), create suitable metrics and incentive schemes and define which internal processes we are lacking, or which need improving, before setting up regional inside sales hubs.
*Advise on where to set up an inside sales center hub (ISC) in Europe
*Clear roadmap for the set-up of this ISC until fully operational
*Job description for an ISC manager/director
*Identification of processes and practices which needs changing, improving or even creating before an ISC can go operational
The consultant shall either have worked as an ISC manager/director or have supported in setting up ISCs for other companies. As we are a manufacturing company, it would be beneficial if the experience is not limited to only tech industry.
