Senior Manager Global Partnerships Location: six month onsite project in Netherlands -excellent remuneration - potential of full time jobSenior Manager Global Partnerships Job Field/ FunctionCommercial & Strategy Reports To Director Product DevelopmentPosition SummaryTo lead the delivery of Partnerships, manage OpCo stakeholder input and leverage client's scale to establish new value-creation partnerships. To accelerate partnerships roll-out in OpCo markets, to track and increase partnership impact to our OpCo m-data performance and revenues and to share best practices. To deepen current business partnerships and to maintain and increase pipeline of strategic partnerships, and to provide input into and eventually lead the Partnerships strategy.Responsibilities and Essential DutiesPartnerships Management: Identify, initiate and prioritize Partnerships that will deliver m-data commercial benefits to multiple OpCo’s; Drive current OTT Partnerships and implement new OTT Partnerships; Lead process to introduce Global Framework Agreements to improve commercial conditions vs. current OpCo agreements.Product Marketing & Program Management: Use M-data strategy, OpCo input and track market developments to identify key Partnership levers that can improve OpCo m-data performance; Maintain and improve standardization of Partnerships portfolio; Program-manage multiple parallel projects with several stakeholders; Track Partnership effects to OpCo m-data business. M-Data Community Management: Run Partnerships module during Global M-data Forum; Grow and improve partnerships stakeholder community; Search, identify and share best practices proven to increase m-data commercial impact of Partnerships.Governance, Reporting, Performance Management: Define and track Global Partnerships performance; Identify ways to improve device KPIs and make recommendations; Provide executive reporting and briefings on the assigned Partnership areas.
Role Outputs: Accelerate current / new partnerships roll-out: launch 10 global partnerships in OpCo markets; Deliver tangible commercial partnerships impact to OpCo m-data performance; Global Partnerships Update during M-data Forum two times per year; One time per year a best practice report to address feature phone or smartphone marketing; Monthly performance management reporting.Qualifications (experience and education)Core and desired experience At least 10 years of partnerships and/or mobile marketing management experience, including 7 years of experience in the mobile telephone / operator environment or within an Internet company; Demonstrated ability to understand and apply monetization metrics of a mobile business area and apply these to form new and/or grow existing partnerships, or to manage a product portfolio; Demonstrated operational business background and experience in managing complex programs with proven track record in program delivery; International experience and/or background in a complex multi business environment essential.Education & languages Master’s degree or MBA Fluent in English, both written and spoken Knowledge of Russian and/or Italian is preferredCore Competencies & Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Ability to lead and interact with a truly international team of representatives: multi-cultural awareness Ability to accomplish goals in traditional and matrix organizations preferable: experience in leading large and diverse cross-functional teams and/or projects; Commercially sound and fluent, analytical ability with experience in building budgets, hitting challenging targets, identifying gaps and corrective action where required; Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a rapidly changing and largely undefined industry; Excellent skills to prepare and present plans and strategies to a senior audience; Honest, with an open attitude
