Background & Objectives

Our client, a private equity firm, is considering a bank acquisition in E. Europe and needs to develop understanding of appropriate compensation and long term incentive plans for senior leaders / advisors

Key deliverables

A detailed perspective on appropriate compensation expectations - basic, bonus, LTIPs - for senior executives and the CEO, in a market where LTIPs are not yet prevalent.

In addition, our client is proposing equity participation for a few non-executive individuals who will advise on acquisitions, corporate development etc. and requires guidance on shaping a compensation package for these individuals.

Consultant requirements

Specialist in LTIPs and compensation. An understanding of LTIP/compensation market standards within E. European financial institutions would be helpful, but not essential.
