Background & Objectives

Implement a common sales organization in China for the tasks where tangible benefits can be realized.

Key deliverables

• Systematic as-is sales back-office set-up and performance assessment plus management and expert interviews
• Documentation of key fields for optimization and first evaluation as basis for next project steps
• Documentation on innovative (back-office) process automation solutions by leading solution providers for about 5 application fields
• Options development and evaluation
• Documentation of about 15 back-office set-up and process automation options/ initiatives and evaluation incl. alignment with initiatives in other countries/ BU initiatives
• Documentation of joint prioritization
• Documentation of target concept, key initiatives and business case
• Clear allocation of targets in P&L
• Headcount/ HR development plan
• Implementation detailing
• Governance, communication, involvement, and change concept
• Documentation of initiatives/ activities

Consultant requirements

We are searching for principal, manager and associate level consultants.

Mandarin speaking skills are essential. Please do not apply if you cannot speak Mandarin.

• Back office process re-design experience/ process re-engineering (shared service experience ideal, but not a must)
• Back office structure/ organisational structure (process based org. structure design)
• Automation experience (benefitial but not a must)
• Stakeholder management
• Analytical skills
• Communication skills
• Chinese language
