Objectives and Key Deliverables
A leading construction company, Is looking to improve their sales structure within Scandinavia, They are looking to treble their overall sales in this sector.They have a lot of existing talent in the UK and are struggling to attract them to the Scandinavian market. They are looking for a new sales head in this region, but mainly an optimization of their current sales processes.
The consultant must have a proven track record in sales structure optimisation. The consultant must be Scandinavian preferably Swedish or Finish. Consultants that aren't Scandinavian will not be accepted.The consultant will have a minimum of 5 years experience, and previous history within construction.This is an onsite role with requirements to travel to Gothenberg and HelsinkiPreferred candidates will also have a knowledge of Geo-Technics Construction.
