Background & Objectives
Review of sales and business development process for a pharmaceutical client to identify improvement opportunities enabling an acceleration of sustainable and profitable new business development. Client has main operations in Germany.
Identification of key bottlenecks/ issues hindering current business expansion and concrete recommendations how these could be addressed
-We are looking for a completely fluent (native) German speaking consultant with at least 3 to 5 years mainstream or well-regarded boutique experience – who has managed consulting teams in the past in a well regarded mainstream or boutique consulting firm.
-Pharmaceutical/medical devices experience preferred
-sales/ Marketing consulting experience would be a bonus – the assignment is a salesforce effectiveness project.
-Early December start to mid-February finish
-Consultant to join team of 3 on the assignment
-Some travel required to London, Zurich, and Switzerland
