Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are assisting a medical device manufacturer review their whole sales force and go to market strategy in order to identify cost savings.

The key deliverable will be to take a comprehensive look at each aspect of the sales team and identify whether it is at its optimum performance and recommend amendments if not. This will include the number of sales staff.
