Objectives and Key Deliverables

We would like for a consultant to review the effectiveness of our current marketing activities and to challenge us as to whether we are allocating resources in the right area.

Our current marketing tools are:
-Database of potential GP customers
-Mail shots and targeted mail campaigns
-Conferences
-Website
-Newsletters
-Agents and introducers
-Referrals from existing customers

We are looking for someone who has experience of working with the NHS. If the candidate was also to assess the effectiveness of our current PR campaigns/resources than that would be a bonus. A review of our website would also be helpful.

Initial meetings and interviews would be in Warrington (2 hours from London), though the analysis and report could be done remotely.

Project engagement length is estimated between 5-10 days and should start in the beginning to middle of February.

Effectiveness report on current marketing activities.

Experience in evaluating companies for marketing effectiveness.
Practical experience in marketing, as it relates to businesses engaging with NHS.
