Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a management consulting firm in Peru. Our client is a luxury hotel chain. They want to strengthen their revenue management process/team and have asked us to submit a proposal to help them with this challenge.
We have a strong consulting team, however, are missing the key link of a consultant with experience in revenue management in the hotel sector.
This hotel consultant could work off-site (doesn't have to be based in Peru). They would travel to the client-site in Lima, Peru 2 or 3 times during the 3-month project period. This would be paid for by the client.
This project is currently at the proposal stage. The proposal will be submitted the week of February 6th and we would like to have spoken with relevant consultants by then.
The project is likely to start at the beginning of April.
Output is guidance and experience sharing in revenue management for hotels. We need expertise mainly, the management consulting team does the rest.
>Deep expertise in revenue management (pricing) in hotels
>Experience either as:
-ex-executive at a renowned hotel chain (e.g. Starwood, Hilton, Marriott)
-ex-strategy consultant at a top consulting (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, Accenture)
>Able to work at a distance but travel at least three times to Lima Peru
