Portfolio company is an industry leader in school fundraising. Growth plan is to expand footprint from regional to national provider. Need to develop a multifaceted recruiting strategy to identify, recruit, hire and, most importantly, retain field sales reps.
Identify potential silos of qualified candidates.
Develop unique methods to attract candidates.
Evaluate and revise, as necessary, recruiting processes and procedures.
Revise LinkedIn and other social media recruiting procedures.
Set recruiting and retention metrics.
Recruiting strategy experience. Someone who has evaluated a company's recruiting needs and developed a multifaceted plan to solve recruiting challenges. Our goal is to build a large funnel of potential candidates and efficiently evaluate whether or not an individual candidate is strong new hire.
