Background & Objectives
We are looking for a project manager at a global strategic research and decision support firm centered around new markets, product launches, and transaction advisory.
Responsible for delivering multiple, ongoing projects at once (e.g. ensuring work plans, client communication, conducting research directly and coordinating with the rest of the project team to keep things on track and ensuring that the client’s needs are being met via frequent check-ins).
Responsible for delivery to a set of existing clients and increasing client intimacy to drive increased revenues
Ability to draw insights from data analysis and to create storylines for project outputs based on those insights.
Responsible to support the sales team acquiring new accounts with a focus on consumer products, life sciences, technology and / or telecom clients.
Responsible for supporting the account managers on the contracting, invoice approval process and internal documentation for accounts.
Responsible for documenting project contracting and client communications
Responsible for acquiring and sharing industry and competitor knowledge to help the management team develop new products / services as well as marketing materials.
We are primarily interested in candidates looking for full time roles, but would like to trial work with our company for 3 months.
The primary activities and deliverables are customized and highly synthesized insights delivered by knowledgeable professionals.
The position is to deliver research projects through both hands-on research work and coordination of overall project delivery with remote research teams. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales and marketing and internal initiatives for the broader development of the organization.
Must have experience managing and delivering complex projects, interacting directly with clients and engaging the clients during final presentations
Experience developing critical insights from research projects
Experience dealing directly with clients to interpret their needs and questions into actionable research programs and has shown an ability to form trusted relationships with clients.
