Objectives and Key Deliverables

Overall Role Purpose

This role encompasses the programme management activities necessary for both
mobilisation of new services and on-going delivery of services. Situated within
the Shared Services Team, the role will involve: The role lays a major emphasis on hands on experience in implementing CRM build and Transition Microsoft Dynamics experience. 

Leading on complex systems and technology aspects of programmes or services
* Leading on systems and technology workstreams in relation to new bids and
change initiatives * ensuring comprehensive and robust mobilisation plans are
put in place * monitoring and reporting on progress against plans.

Supporting the Management Team in ensuring appropriate governance structures
are put in place * providing secretariat for meetings, including ensuring
agreed actions and activities are delivered as agreed * tracking of risks and
issuesClients Serves as the Programme Manager for assigned -delivered services where is
responsible for the entire programme (as appropriate.) * Services as the
subject matter expert on technology workstreams for particular services and
leads client engagement regarding that activity to ensure client confidence is
maintained. * Enhances client relationships by discharging the programme
management responsibilities professionally, including: managing client
expectations, developing comprehensive project plans as the basis for regular
progress reporting, identifying and managing risks, undertaking appropriate
meeting and agenda forward planning, taking accurate and appropriate minutes
reflecting the contractual and political dimensions to the services,
maintaining effective logs of issues and decisions, establishing an auditable
and appropriate record of communications on key decisions and ensuring a
structured approach to follow up and actions.

* Acts in a commercially astute manner at all times and facilitates
responses to client requests in a manner which reflects excellent customer
service but also considers the commercial and operational priorities of the team.
* Develops and applies technical experience to effectively analyse and support
effective performance. * Prepares regular and timely analytical feedback on
service progress and achievement as required to internal and external
stakeholders.Leads acquisition, design and build, management and maintenance of key systems
to support service delivery including procurement of vendors as appropriate and
management of on-going contracts. * Implements appropriate change management
techniques and lead change management process for steady state IT delivery of
systems via an ITIL or equivalent process.

Transform IT delivery of services by troubleshooting vendor performance
issues including where appropriate implementing new governance controls for
partners and IT subcontractors; procuring new subcontractors.  Leads technology workstreams on new services or legacy migration
projects including but not limited to designing and implementing new CRM
system(s); migration of existing databases into CRM system; roadmap planning
for technology developments including CRMEducation/qualifications ·        
Degree educated or equivalent in computing, IT
or related field ·        
Appropriate IT qualifications including ITIL;
ScrumMaster; Agile; etc.

management qualifications or designationsExperience :·        
Experience of delivering projects with Datawarehousing, big data and
data mapping techniques at their core * ·        
Contract management and IT subcontractor management ·        
Exposure to working with Scribe console and
Scribe workbench ·        
Minimum of intermediate level of experience in
SQL and JavaScript programming and reporting * Proven understanding of Database
management * Advanced Excel skills (advanced lookups, pivot tables, macros) ·        
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
of own work ensuring that reports reconcile to CRM outputs and make logical sense as well as
‘ring true’ to expectations * Proven experience of delivering performance
management analytics.  ·        
Proven experience of delivering quality assurance
and consistency checking. ·        
Proven experience of managing CRM utilisation
and acting as a super user to handle direct changes to configuration and or
liaison with external CRM suppliers. ·        
Proven experience of taking a consultative
approach in developing specifications for changes to CRM systems or other
systems·        
Experienced in implementing process improvement
projects to deliver financial and operational benefits. *
