Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are looking to conduct some process mapping and explore the possibility of outsourcing our travel service functions.

To do so we would like to bring in a consultant to review the day to day processes, both short and long term, used across 3 airlines. Covering the areas of:
• Business Travel Bookings an management for in house employees
• Leisure Travel/Perks bookings associated with the Airline Group
• Crew Travel

Project to be based primarily in Manchester, with some remote work and travel to other European sites. We are looking to start in September.

• Clear process map of each airline, identifying similarities, duplications, system dependencies etc.
• Some steer on workload comparison
• Recommendations of harmonisation across the airlines

• 2+ years of consulting experience
• Prior travel experience advantageous but not essential, particularly experience involving travel management
•Ability to converse with multiple people on all levels is needed
