Objectives and Key Deliverables
We need a lean service operations consultant to do a short piece of project work on reviewing a large parking operation in Norway. We would like this work to begin in the next 1 or 2 weeks.
The work involves doing detailed process mapping, flow and cost analysis, and coming up with implementable ideas to improve service levels and reduce manpower, and other operating costs.
Ideal profile is
- Lean six sigma qualified ex-consultant (or ex- GE type environment)
- (If consultant then up to EM/ Manager level)
- Hands on operator
- Track record of process improvement and step-change cost reduction in service operations environments (service operations refers to call centres or retail or back office processing or other b2b services operations)
- Norwegian or Norwegian speaking
