Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a petrochemical investment institution who are looking to scale down one of our acquired companies in the face of soft demand. We are also looking to take this opportunity to upgrade key processes to ensure we are in line with best practices.
To do so, we are looking to bring in an external consultant to work alongside/lead a select team of 3/4 to accomplish our goals.
We are looking to kick off the project ASAP (Monday 13th / Tuesday 14th of November ideal start dates). It will run for approximately 3 weeks, with (at least) the initial 2 weeks based in Muscat, Oman.
Interim deliverable 1: PPT presentation outlining a high-level plan of action derived from Organizational Structure and industry best practice. The presentation should suggest redundancies.
Interim deliverable 2: PPT presentation outlining staff strength required for S,G&A; to be developed after conducting interviews with Senior and Mid Management. The presentation should outline key redundancies.
Interim deliverable 3: PPT presentation outlining potential staff strength reduction after considering inefficiencies and adopting new manufacturing system e.g. Lean.
In total, the staff savings should equal a target figure which will be disclosed at a later stage.
- Fluency in Lean, Six Sigma etc
- Extensive experience within manufacturing
- Consulting background appreciated
- Available to be located on-site in Oman
