Objectives and Key Deliverables
Emaar Entertainment is a leading operator of exceptional and unique experiences in Dubai. A subsidiary of Emaar Properties, we have businesses all across the globe and are looking for an Operations Manager to join us on our new indoor attraction - using Virtual Reality technology.
We want to bring in a seasoned management professional to manage the smooth operations of the business.
You'll be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and achieving performance objectives for the Virtual Reality Theme Park so as to ensure smooth and seamless operations of the business on a day-to-day basis.
You'll work closely with the General Manager and other onsite managers to ensure consistent operational and guest service standards are delivered across all departments.
You'll be asked to be on site for the full duration of the project (6 months - likely to get extended - details to be discussed with the consultant when the time comes).
Due to budget and time constraints, we will only be speaking to consultants based in MENA region or Europe.
Strong background in Leisure & Entertainment - with experience in VR/AR, team management and Customer Service Management.
We can be somewhat flexible for the consultant who meets all of the criteria.
We will cover visa sponsorship.
All aspects of VR Park operations, including:
- development/performance of the business;
- improvement and maintenance of standards and security of the company’s cash and assets;
- performance of all Managers and staff within the park.
Experience in Leisure and Entertainment/Theme Park industry - ideally in Virtual Reality attraction.;
Experience of operational leisure industry experience preferably with line management and technical responsibility;
