Objectives and Key Deliverables

1) Collect
and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying
habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.

2) Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data
graphically and translating complex findings into written text.

3) Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction.

Candidate should have a background in Economics, Statistics, Data Mining, and be able to compile charts and graphs to support findings. Experience with GSA contracts desired.
