This is a project for a global holding company, active across different categories with different brands, to help them define their omnichannel / digital transformation journey, including vision, targets, focus areas and roadmap.
Previous work with individual brands within their portfolio has already been done, and can be built from.
Presentation to the Board beginning of April.
*Please note the consultant will need to be available to start the project however by latest 8th February*
