Objectives and Key Deliverables
National project that requires the design and implementation of a list of initiatives in various sectors of the economy e.g., economic reform, opex and capex optimization, healthcare, education, housing and others.
Selected candidates will work with organizations to execute projects targeted at improving organizational effectiveness, including those focused on organizational analysis and design, strategic planning, performance management, and business process analysis, . Serve as a lead member of the project team, providing analytical support and guidance to project teams and conducting research and data analysis for strategic consulting projects to support the team's analysis and conclusions.
Execute project work plans in the field. Lead the preparation of presentations and proposals. Identify and provide best practice information to solve clients’ needs.
Successful design and execution of transformation initiatives
8 -10 years’ of experience preferred, with a minimum of 5 years with a management consulting firm.
Experience in strategy design& implementation, organizational assessment, performance management, and business process reengineering.
Experience in fiscal policy, monitory policy, infrastructure projects, capital projects, economic and social development projects is required.
Experience in working with the public sector in UAE and Saudi Arabia preferred Project management certification such as PMP.
Graduate of a top-tier university – MBA or an equivalent master’s degree a plus
Prior experience in managing projects and teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic)
