Objectives and Key Deliverables

Responsibilities:

-Plan, prepare, and execute post-merger communication plan
-Plan, prepare, and execute employee-related transition activities including benefits, contracts, and reorganization
-Document and assess company processes and operating model, execute joint operating model for the merged company
-Manage progress of various workstreams and engage with relevant stakeholders to identify bottlenecks
-Communicate frequently with management and the project team

Key qualifications
-2-3 years of management consulting experience; project management (PMO / PMI), HR, and organizational project experience preferred
-Effective communication skills, e.g. with management, investment team, other stakeholders
-Effective project management capabilities, e.g. staying up-to-date on multiple workstreams, collecting information from stakeholders, synthesizing concise report, problem solving
-Experience with tech companies preferred but not required
