Objectives and Key Deliverables

>>We are looking for the analysis for the following: Contrast the mathematical likelihood of re-identifying information that has been (i) encrypted (i.e., there is a mathematical relationship between the encrypted value and the underlying information) versus (ii) replacement of information by a pseudo-randomly generated identifier that bears no relationship or correlation to the underlying information, but rather, the information associated with the  identifier is known only with access to a key that is held in a secure, separate location that reveals the correlation between the information and the identifier.
