Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are the leading global technology and professional services firm focused exclusively on payments.

We are looking for a marketing manager to support Advisors – Managed Services/Marketing function, the global business unit responsible for delivering marketing consulting capabilities for the advisory firm customer verticals: financial institutions, governments, retailers and e-commerce. The successful candidate is expected to support the Asia Pacific business based in Singapore.

We need manager level only. Those with about 6-8 years of experience. This role is 30% strategy and 70% execution. Budget is SGD $400-550 per day thereabouts.

 S/he will partner internal and external stakeholders to implement targeted campaigns for multiple issuers to educate customers and drive spend across the region.
 He/she should be able to lead, influence drive and deliver the digital marketing agenda internally and with partners across all key marketing strategies and initiatives to achieve key business objectives and strong returns of marketing investments.

Specific Requirements:
 Well versed with AP/SEA markets
 Proven track record in digital marketing in bank and a non-bank category
 Cards usage and marketing experience in a bank is preferred
 Digital marketing knowledge (including social) and digital technical competence is a must. Good grasp of digital platforms and the expertise to leverage them to drive results.
 Experienced in managing creative and media agencies
 Superb presentation skills
 Ability to critique media plan and review creative work strategically
 Strong P&L management
 Ability to implement and execute integrated marketing initiatives end to end – these include direct marketing, digital, above and below the line activities
 Exceptional stakeholder management skills across disciplines and seniority levels.
 Ability to work effectively well in a team and independently
 Well-versed in marketing and core banking processes
 Comfortable to travel when the need arises occasionally
