Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are looking for an experienced marketing communications consultant to manage and implement our client acquisition and retention campaigns using marketing automation tools and CRM data. The purpose of these campaigns is to deliver leads into the sales organisation and so the consultant will need to be both able to manage the creative aspects of the campaign as well as the continuous improvement required for successful lead management.
Ongoing marketing campaigns with KPIs in terms of qualified leads, new client acquisition and repeat business from existing clients.
Background in digital marketing and communications, ideally with hands on experience of CRM systems (Salesforce) and MA systems.
At least 3 years experience implementing successful campaigns.
A/B Testing, Conversion Tracking, Lead Generation and Scoring.
