Objectives and Key Deliverables
Update of market size/opportunity for health and wellness platform. Current market sizing analysis focuses on a particular segment of the US population and their potential adoption of our 5 services. This work will be to edit the Excel sheet to remove the current segmentation and only use 2 segments, companies that are self-insured (more likely to adopt) and companies that are commercially insured (less likely). The 5 services include mobile advertising, our web services, etc. Existing assumptions around adoption can be reused.
New data that needs to be researched include 1) these proportions (estimates for this is readily available) and 2) assumptions about what adoption might be. Adoption can be derived from adoption of other similar services. The existing Excel sheet needs to updated to reflect this data and assumptions.Speed is paramount for this project so ability to understand our space and service and quickly focus on the work is important.Must be US based
