Objectives and Key Deliverables
Project Aim: To uncover university (in London firstly) , security
company/s (Federations /SIA database) and martial arts schools (if time:
martial arts equipment suppliers/woman’s clubs) contacts. To then follow up
these contacts to introduce the new online training product. Project Execution: 2 week project.Days 1-3 1. Research and uncover contacts from Universities, Security
Company’s and Martial Arts Schools. 2. Create sales presentations on the product with
information from website and own marketing/sales skills on; a. sales presentation for universities – explaining
demonstration day bookings. b. sales presentations for martial arts school - explaining
‘referral programme’ and their ability to earn from referrals c. sales presentation for Security companies – presentation
explaining they can book bespoke day courses, i.e. weapons training etc.Days 4-9 Contact uncovered contacts and introduce to the new
discipline via created presentation and own marketing/sales skills.If contacts is interested ask contact to subscribe/follow
website/ social media of the discipline. Arrange demonstrations.Days 10 Collate records of activity and interactions, report results.
Detailed record of all contacts uncovered and full records of contacts contacted with note of outcome.
