Our company has taken the huge hospitality hiring market by storm!

In just 24 months we've become the dominant platform in the world's largest market, NYC. With proof of concept achieved we are now set to ramp up our expansion in new markets, products and verticals.

To launch this rocket we're raising a substantial Series A round and as our Strategy Adviser you will be responsible for helping make this happen.

We've already got a "great deck" and "complete model" but we know there's an opportunity to make a much greater impact.

Key deliverables

You'll be charged with performing business analysis, market research and strategy to help drive our process.
You will work on comparative studies, highlighting potential areas of business growth and areas in need of support. Conduct research that will help improve the platform positioning, strategy, and features leading to grow the user base. This is a unique opportunity to working with a global team delivering a global solution.

Consultant requirements

> Experience in a tech marketplace is a plus;
> Plus experience in retail or hospitality, especially HR aspects is a bonus;
> Experience developing growth plans and models for tech companies.
