Objectives and Key Deliverables
Our client is in the media section of one of the world's
largest marketing companies. It is an outdoor marketing agency.
The client has originally a UK business which has
expanded into US, China and Brazil. It now aims to take it's model to new
markets and requires a disciplined approach:
Market Attractiveness study - -Examine 20 - 30 potential markets in regions such as
Africa, Middle East, South East Asia.
-Macro analysis - GDP growth, particularly the growth of
middle class which is key feature for advertising Micro analysis- advertising
market, outdoor advertising market PESTAL analysis, SWOT etc
Allocate weightings to each feature and then rank each
market in terms of attractiveness. Prioritise which markets client should enter next and support client to construct business plan to present to
Group management for funding.
Consultant required:- Market attractiveness and prioritisation experience- Tier 1 strategic consulting background beneficial- Media agency experience, outdoor experience beneficial Access to London in UK to visit and work from client offices as required.
