Who are the key customers??
What are the macroeconomic trends? (demographics, availability of capital, etc)
Who are the leading competitors?
What is the estimated market share of the key competitors by region?
Have new competitors recently entered the market? Are new competitors expected in the future? If so, who?
How are the key competitors perceived by healthcare organizations?
How does each competitor position themselves (Advertising, promotion, PR, etc.) and how are they differentiated?
What are the current product offerings in the marketplace and how are they priced?
What new products/services have been introduced recently? How are they performing?
What emerging technologies are on the rise and are they cost effective?
Whatrous true strengths and weaknesses and what would e bourir position ?
We are looking for 2 reports, 1 for each country which answers the questions above and identifies customers/stakeholders/influencers we need to partner with to launch successfully
