Background & Objectives
I would like for the consultant to work with my people managers (14 supervisors and managers) to provide training and tools that help build and reinforce the importance of effective business communication skills, managing interpersonal conflict, coaching and mentoring employees, and effectively managing employee performance.
The consultant would need to be onsite in Los Angeles. We run a 24-hour operation during the week (Monday through Friday) thus the consultant need to be available on Saturdays to facilitate the training sessions.
The timeline for the training is late January into mid year 2016 as the training would span over at least 4 Saturday sessions and then follow up via conference call after the sessions.
I would like the consultant to have experience with the following:
- coaching teams particularly teams that have experienced conflict to help manage conflict
- coaching change initiatives
- effective business communications when working in a team settling
-building trust and confidence in each other and with staff
- effective employee performance management tools
- coaching and mentoring tips
Consultant must be based in the Greater Los Angeles area. Proposed day rate budget must align with experience.
