Objectives and Key Deliverables

Skillsets:
· Approx. 6-8 years of experience in credit cards business with deep experience in portfolio management.
· Arabic speaking (regional experience will be an advantage)
· Strong PMO skill sets to ensure initiatives can be driven effectively
· Some technical skills will be useful given some system implementation PMO work
· Self-starter and ability to work independently
· 6 months full time working from client site based in Riyadh
· Budget: is inclusive of accommodation and travel

Activities to be delivered:

Activity 1: Upgrade Migration Execution:
a. Provide implementation supervision and management support for the execution of the credit card upgrade plan which will involve distribution, troubleshooting and monitoring purposes to enable a successful migration

b. Support with necessary documentation for internal approvals for the migration process when required

c. Align and coordinate with all stakeholders alike to ensure commitment to plans and timelines.

d. Develop customer communication to ensure customers’ awareness


Activity 2: Increase Spend and Activation from Portfolio – Review the current portfolio and develop spend increase and activation campaigns

Step 1 Analyze Base and Design Campaigns:
a. Design credit card spend increase/activation campaigns

b. Create business cases for campaigns with expected uplift, including revenue and cost

c. Design the campaign calendar for one year for the various card segments

Step 2 Define Communication Plan and Materials:
a. Share best practices on card activation, spend activation, spend increase and retention campaigns

b. Develop the marketing materials and content for the campaign

Step 3 Oversee Execution:
a. Provide on the ground support for the execution of the marketing plan

b. Oversee the implementation, tracking and measurement of campaigns and initiatives

c. Support with necessary documentation for internal approvals

d. Align and coordinate with all stakeholders alike to ensure commitment to plans and timelines


Activity 3: Support Key Technological Readiness Projects – Support with the business aspect of smart data and contactless implementation

This stream will focus on providing support on the business implementation of Contactless and Smart data. In this stream, Advisors will conduct the following activities:
Step 1 Contactless:
a. Develop the business requirements for the project (support from Scheme team will be provided)

b. Develop the business case and/or proposal for contactless and quantify the IT project cost

c. Represent the business in project management meetings and provide business’ inputs in terms of the requirements and expectations from the projects

d. Collect the requests of project team from business through coordinating with respective units in business

e. Provide support in terms of coordination with all involved parties (IT, operations, vendor etc.) in the projects to facilitate timely delivery

Step 2 Expense management system for commercial cards:
a. Develop the business requirements for the project (support from Scheme team will be provided)

b. Develop the business case and/or proposal to facilitate the approvals

c. Represent the business in project management meetings and provide business’ inputs in terms of the requirements and expectations from the projects

d. Collect the requests of project team from business through coordinating with respective units in business

e. Provide support in terms of coordination with all involved parties (IT, operations, vendor etc.) in the projects to facilitate timely delivery
