Objectives and Key Deliverables
Our client requires a Training Coordinator role to support the following responsibilities, effective now through March 2015. This position will require someone with project scheduling experience, ability to work under pressure, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and strong communication and teaming skills. this is in the Seattle market and there is relocation or travelRequirements:• Project Management Support for Training – Maintain and track progress to training Project Plan for 1st wave – Host training status meetings identifying coming steps & tracking progress – Identify COE training Project Plan requirements in MS Project and track – Establish Post Go Live training Project Plan requirements in MS Project and track – Incorporate lessons learned and maintain and track progress to wave 2 training Project Plan • End User Training Development – Manage required training facilities and logistic requests – Maintain end user and stakeholder listing. – Facilitate and support end user class enrollment and manager reporting/validation of enrollment • End User Training Delivery – Coordinate printing and distribution of training materials if/as required – Consolidate, track and report attendance results for Puget Sound, Long Beach, St Louis and BDC Moscow
