Background & Objectives
Establish a digital marketing function during a period of change in a new customer team under new customer director. Capability in the team is insufficient and there are few processes / plans / decision and data points at the moment. Plus limited understanding of which digital channels to use for what and how to deploy in them.
3-4 month set up period of activities, analytics and team while we recruit the permanent lead for this area.
Running all the direct marketing channels day to day - planning, budgeting, executing, analysing.
Experience in digital and performance marketing / CRM in the consumer sector. Exceptional analytical skills. Well honed people and team leadership skills.
10 years experience, previous positions as head of digital marketing / head of performance marketing.
