Background & Objectives
We are a UK licensed e-money institution, principal member of MasterCard, offering an App-only range of payment and FX services low cost and with rich functionality.
In essence our App can replace a bank account for most people (particularly expats/migrants and youth segment) and provides additional benefits like cards with low FX fees, low cost remittances, peer to peer payments, teenager accounts and more.
We are preparing for an aggressive launch starting from Poland with a two pronged approach: 1) targeting Ukrainians working in Poland (huge segment, completely underserved) and 2) using emarketing to promote with specific subsegments.
The goal is to build a significant retail customer base - cost effectively
Deliverables include a sharp (probably differentiated by target segment) communication strategy, development and execution of emarketing activities, development of a sales and marketing strategy to reach Ukrainian workers and students in Poland
We are open to consultants with different backgrounds who can credibly achieve our objectives.
It is essential that the consultant has a strong track record of e-marketing skills.
Understanding the Polish market/Ukrainian customer would be great.
