Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a parent company (US based company owned by foreign parent company) of two healthcare staffing companies in the U.S. One provides locum tenens and travel allied temporary staffing, whilst the other provides travel nurse and local nurse temporary staffing services.

The objective of this project is to receive advice on how we could develop strategies to secure government contracts to provide healthcare staffing services to government facilities such as VA Hospitals, Indian Health Services, Center of Disease Control and Prevention, Bureau of Corrections, etc.

Since we have no knowledge of US government contracting and the landscape of doing business with the US government, we would like to engage with someone who could walk us through the business process such as government RFPs, GSA schedules, just general rule of the game to do business with the US government, what we need to be aware of as a foreign-owned entity, market size and business potential in the government market, etc.
