Background & Objectives

We are a global media producer and distributor who are considering establishing a local presence in Korea to create, produce and distribute content primarily for television, but across all platforms.

We require an analysis of the different entry options, identification and assessment of potential local partners and a five-year business plan for each valid entry options.

Ideally the consultant would be based in Korea and would have knowledge of the Korean media landscape.

Key deliverables

We require a PowerPoint presentation and excel spreadsheets to back up the business plan.

The presentation would include an analysis of the market and key players, the opportunities for new (foreign) entrants, pros and cons of partnering with a local player, a list of potential partners with pros and cons of each and a five year business plan supporting the proposed approach(es).

The presentation can be delivered remotely.

Consultant requirements

Experience in media production and knowledge of South Korean media landscape. Expertise in market entry strategies and developing business plans.
