Background & Objectives
We are a leading casual dining / fast food chain in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for someone to help us with our job evaluation, across the firm.
This will involve establishing the comparative worth of various jobs within an organisation (using either the Hay or Mercer methodology).

Develop a customised grading structure based on the clients needs and on job evaluation outcomes.
Work on this for and with the Head of Human Resources and Administration.
Experience within job evaluation
Long standing experience in HR
Must speak Arabic and English
This project can be offsite, but it is an advantage to at least be in the region
Experience in casual dining / food industry is a plus
