Background & Objectives

We are a PE fund looking for an experienced interim CFO as we are in the process of acquiring and merging two technology companies in our portfolio. This is a platform investment with more acquisitions following on.

The firms offer technology solutions in real estate, e.g. property portfolio management software, tools for banks/financial firms to assess residential property and mortgages to validate purchase prices and desired financing. Revenue is circa £70 million and head count is <50.

We are looking for an interim CFO to join us for the post-merger stage at the beginning of September. The role is likely to be based in Delft, Netherlands, however this is subject to change.

Key deliverables

-Formalize finance function and manage small finance team
-Financial reporting to PE fund

Consultant requirements

-Experienced interim CFO
-Excellent financial reporting skills
-Post-merger experience (nice to have)
-Open to relocating to Delft, Netherlands
