We are a Boutique Consulting firm working with multinational corporations, private equity funds, and
high-potential entrepreneurial businesses to identify and pursue value
enhancement initiatives across M&A, innovation, international expansion,
and operational effectiveness.
We are looking to hire an
interim analyst with excellent interpersonal, project management and
communications skills to work with a very reputable client.The analyst will be
expected to work full-time at the client site in the heart of the City of
The project will define
and produce clear and consistent programme documentation and planning
collateral (deliverable quality plans, programme plans etc.) across 6 key
client programmes. The planning collateral developed will be used to support
the overall PMO function in ensuring consistent and successful project delivery
and effective utilisation of programme funding.
Following an internal
strategic review a number of programmes of our client are undertaking a
reorganisation with the aim of deepening the integration among initiatives,
enhancing internal PMO processes and ensuring:
Clear focus in
the following areas:
stakeholders and senior management require to gain more detailed understanding,
visibility and assurance on these 6 programmes. The analyst will be required to
work closely with the project managers / coordinators of the client programmes.
The aim of this initiative is to guarantee a high level of assurance and
improve existing internal planning and monitoring tools to facilitate accurate
and on-time reporting, control and progress tracking for existing programmes.
Overall, the project seeks to ensure timely and successful delivery of priority
deliverables to donors and best position programmes to drive to scale those
initiatives that have the maximum positive impact in developing markets.

BSc or MSc in
business, management, finance, economics.
Domain expertise: The candidate will have experience in working
as an analyst in a programme management consultancy or as a programme manager /
coordinator in a multinational company. Strong PMO skills are essential, as
well as a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Ideally the
candidate will have 1-2 years of work experience in a project management function
and experience with Microsoft Project.
Sector expertise: Ideally, the candidate will have gained some
experience within the telecom, media and technology sector and / or familiarity
with the mobile communications industry.
Presentation and gravitas: The candidate will be an exceptional, clear
and persuasive communicator, both in writing and in person. The candidate will
have the ability to get consistent internal buy-in for their work.
Consultative approach: The candidate will be an inquisitive and
creative problem solver, a strong listener. Strong interpersonal skills are
required, working well with client team members and the ability to communicate
clearly with senior stakeholders and build consensus around an approach.
Planning & Organising: The candidate will set clearly defined
objectives and will plan activities well in advance, taking into account possible
changing circumstances. Effective time management is essential and the ability
to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones.
