Background & Objectives

Working in our newly formed institutional capital team
you will support the execution of multi-million dollar transactions with top
institutions and investors globally. Working closely with the CEO and CFO you
will be acting point person on our equity and debt transactions both pre and
post deal - with specific focus on financial analysis and modeling, maintaining
data integrity with respect to financial models, collaborating with internal
stakeholders on financial model assumptions, and supporting due diligence
activities with all stakeholders.  This two month role has the possibility
of turning into a permanent position.  There are a number of perks working out of our U.K. office, including healthy snacks and weekly yoga sessions, work hard, play hard team environment, beautiful office space in London, and flexible hours and casual work environment.Other duties will include:Full ownership of the preparation of discussion/marketing
materials on proposed investment opportunitiesFull ownership for building and maintaining all
financial models relevant to the investment roundFull responsibility for creation of due diligence
packs to be provided to potential investorsInvolvement in the documentation, structuring and financing
aspects of transactions (including debt structuring)Full responsibility to plan, develop and coordinate
appropriate documentation for ongoing monitoring/reporting of investments




























Project management of legal advisors and retained
agentsWhat you will have:Analytical, financial and transactions work experience
within structured finance, ideally from a leading Investment Bank, Investment
House or Private Equity firmAlternatively a background in general banking or
consulting with proven deal experience in debt and equity transactionsPossess a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent
qualification (finance, statistics, mathematics, accounting or economics) and
have an excellent academic and professional recordCFA as a plusABS, leveraged finance or LBO experienceMS Excel – advanced proficiency (VBA preferably)Highly advanced financial modeling & analytical skillsAdvanced IT skills, MS office products plus
databases Self-motivation and a commitment to deadlinesOutstanding communication – written and verbal plus
internal and external
