Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are an family owned SME operating in hospitality. With the drastic landscape changes in our industry, we have recently re-branded and we're taking a completely new approach to hotels, space management, design & marketing. Last year we launched a new concept, a community based real-life social network which is going to be our key growth platform. A physical social network, integrating the best aspects of living, working, playing, learning, and recharging. In essence it provides a physical, intellectual and social launch pad for individuals and the larger community to create and construct.

In order to assess how our company is viewed by current employees relative to where we position ourselves in the future, we’re looking for an HR consultant to do a gap analysis of our Human Capital baseline in our corporate and regional teams and fill those gaps by developing the baseline which is focused towards the growth and organizational development of the company. Our main goal for the years to come is to create value for the company by attaining new competencies which support the vision for growth and the execution engine required to achieve those targets.

What do we mean by human capital baseline?
For us the baseline means the tools and processes that a company should have in order to ensure the each and every team member is aligned with the vision and goals of the company and our human capital department is able to deliver efficient and effective on-going support and development in order to create value for the company. This would include:
1. Reviewing our job descriptions and policies and creation of new ones in alignment to the new types of resources the company will need to achieve the long term goals and competencies
2. Establish standardized processes by which human capital development and performance can be driven in tandem with the goals
3. Recommending a human capital framework with a measured approach that would fit the company's needs by underpinning the long term strategy

The consultant should be experienced in hospitality sector to understand the intricacies of our business and should have experience in APAC region (preferably in Australia, India and South East Asia)

We are open to candidates based in Singapore or Sydney.

This initial discovery phase will take 1 month.

Candidates can work remotely however they will be required to be physically present on certain occasions to meet our teams in Singapore or Sydney.
