Background & Objectives
We are looking for someone with experience of economic impact evaluation, for the following, relating to the economic impact of an initiative to help small enterprises access supply chains:
"Conduct a quantitative economic impact evaluation of the project that assesses performance including: achievement of outputs and expenditure against its approved targets."
"Examine the contribution of the project to the London economy and how it has complemented existing London programmes and initiatives/strategies."
"Value for money assessment of cost effectiveness in terms of input /output unit cost ratios and cost-benefit analysis to monetarise the social and economic return from the investment."
We are evaluating a project that helps small enterprises in East London access large supply chains. This is one aspect, with the wider project including social impact evaluation. Experience of working with economic impact evaluations is crucial. Experience of London, particularly East London is desirable. We will get the necessary project data to you, though you will be required to access the necessary publicly available data for comparisons.
If interested, we will send the full project tender.
We are looking for a short presentation of key findings that will form part of a larger report - about 6 pages A4, including the data and detailed spreadsheets for the appendices.
Experience of East London helpful. Must have done economic impact evaluations, including cost benefit analysis. Experience with enterprise and supply chains helpful.
