Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are an online supplier of veterinary medication and animal products.
Since we began in 2005 we've consistently grown to become one of the UK's largest, most-trusted, vet-run suppliers of veterinary medication and animal products licensed in the UK. Not only are we one of the largest retailers of pet medication, we're also part of Europe's largest Veterinary group.
We sell Pet Prescriptions, Meds, Pet Food & Supplies through our main website and through our Call Centre at our HQ between Bristol & Bath.
We have big ambitions for this business and for the next 12 months we are planning to aggressively take the UK market.
The objective of this project is two fold.
1. Current Set-Up and Operations Audit – efficiency & recommendations
2. Scalability of Ambition – what does the future look like for 60% increase in revenue over next 12 months?
We have a warehouse where we do all of our medication fulfillment from. This is where our call centre and ecommerce team are based.
The first deliverable of the project is to carry out a full audit of our current operations. From call centre and web input to our efficiencies around fufillment and are we getting the best out of our systems and space.
We want to have clear recommendations around our current set up and what improvements in process, and workflows we can introduce to make us even slicker in regard to logistics and service.
Then the second part of Round #1 would be to understand the scale of requirements needed for us to move to a 60% increase in orders.
Do we have enough staff?
Are our systems capable of handling this increase?
Do we need to expand location or move location?
Time frames and costs involved.
So in brief, we need someone who can audit and assess us as we are now and make recommendations to what fantastic looks like.
And what do we need to do to prepare for our ambition in scale.
Ideally have experience in pharmacy distribution but not necessary
