Background & Objectives

FP&A role –
lifetime value modelling

We are
recruiting for an FP&A into the business to implement financial and
analytical reporting in key areas that will help drive business decisions based
on a customer lifetime value (LTV) metric rather than a simple year 1 ROI
measure. This work needs to be delivered in stages;

Stage 1 –
streamlining revenue reforecasting models and process. This would require
strong Excel skills and the ability to quickly grasp the complexities of a
business sales funnel to ensure that we are reporting / focusing on the right
KPI’s.

Stage 2 –
building more complex financial models around key areas (such as customer
acquisition) to understand value drivers that impact the revenue model (mini
LTV models)

Stage 3 –
aggregate these models to understand LTV for the business as a whole and ensure
that this is the key metric that drives overall decision making.
